Your answers are held in a restricted, encrypted report record for 30 days. Access links expire after 24 hours. Form delivery records are scheduled for removal after the same 30-day period. Backups may retain copies until they are overwritten; expired reports cannot be opened through this service.

Marketing is optional. Only your contact details and consent record are passed to FluentCRM if you ask for guidance emails; your diagnostic answers are not used as marketing tags. You may unsubscribe at any time. A separate marketing subscription can remain after your snapshot expires.
